THIS TAKE-AND-BAKE PASTA IS A CLASSIC JENNIE RECIPE. PASTA IS SIMMERED WITH A CURRY-SPICED HONEYNUT SQUASH SAUCE, LOADED WITH BABY SPINACH, AND TOPPED WITH FRESH MOZZARELLA AND PICKLED JALAPEÑOS FOR A DELIGHTFUL SAUCEY, GOOEY, SWEET ‘N SPICY DISH.
